Parker's Purpose Foundation Assistance is a grant from Parker's Purpose Foundation that funds Ohio families with a minor child facing a life-altering illness or disability who are experiencing financial crisis due to unforeseen medical expenses. The program provides direct financial assistance for specific bills, equipment, and other needs as stated by the recipient.

All applications must be submitted online and include a minimum 250-word description of the situation and need. Families can receive assistance only once every two years. Eligible applicants are Ohio families with a child 18 and under with a life-altering illness or disability experiencing financial hardship from unexpected medical costs.

Maximum grant awards are $1,000 per family.

How Often Can Assistance be received? A family can only receive assistance from Parker’s Purpose Foundation 1 time every 2 years. The two-year time frame would be from the time the grant was awarded and not the date of the application.

How Are Applications reviewed: The Parker’s Purpose executive committee makes decisions based on the financial and emotional needs of the applications; along with verification of referrals.
