About the Whitaker Foundation | Whitaker Foundation The Whitaker Foundation was established in 1975 by Mrs. Mae Meissner Whitaker in memory of her husband Lyndon. Today The Whitaker Foundation is a private, independent foundation that supports the work of nonprofit organizations on the Missouri side of the St. Louis Metropolitan area.
The Whitaker Foundation supports the Arts and Parks Grant opportunities are available throughout the year. Follow the links below to learn more about the types of grants offered. Please note that Whitaker Foundation funds may not be used for galas, fundraisers, or regranting to other organizations.
