Partnership Diversity Grant is sponsored by Laurel Skin. Each year, Laurel Skin offers two grants to estheticians or spa owners from historically marginalized communities.

Partnership Diversity Grant Application - Laurel Skin partnership diversity grant We recognize that access to opportunity within the wellness industry is not evenly distributed. Structural barriers continue to limit who is seen, funded, and supported. We believe that addressing these inequities requires more than statements of solidarity.

It requires material support, investment, and ongoing relationship. Each year, Laurel Skin offers two grants to estheticians or spa owners from historically marginalized communities, including Black, Indigenous, Asian American and Pacific Islander, Latinx, and LGBTQIA+ individuals.

Application submissions are reviewed on an ongoing basis throughout the year and, rather than having a set deadline, we select each of our grant recipients once we feel we’ve found the right fit. We appreciate your patience as we carefully consider each application. WHO IS ELIGIBLE TO APPLY FOR THE GRANT?

• Estheticians or spa owners from historically marginalized communities, including but not limited to: LGBTQIA+, Black, Indigenous, Asian American, Pacific Islander, Latinx. • Individuals aligned with Laurel Skin’s herbalist and holistic approach, with a business model emphasizing skin care. • Applicants can be either an existing wholesale partner or those who are brand new to Laurel Skin.

WHAT DOES THIS GRANT INCLUDE? • $1,000 product credit to be used fully within the first year of partnership. • $250 education credit to be used with one of our approved resource partners.

• One-on-one mentorship from a dedicated Partnership + Education Manager; including sales + marketing support and strategic business development coaching. • A waiver on financial minimums required of Laurel Skin partners (opening order, annual reorder minimums, etc.) for the first year of partnership. • Discounted attendance to any Laurel Skin Educational Events.

The following questions are about your business and your connection with holistic skincare, and to confirm eligibility for the grant. We choose our grant recipients based on who best aligns with our holistic, skin supportive approach and whole plant organic, herbalist-created products. Being aligned in our interests and values will give us the most successful starting point for our partnership.
