Parya Scholarship – Parya Trillium Foundation Scholarship For Iranians studying in Canadian post-secondary institutions The first Iranian community centre in the world, Parya Trillium Foundation is a federally registered charity founded in 2002. The idea of setting up a Scholarship Program has been discussed at Parya foundation since 2016. Finally, the first Parya Foundation Scholarship Program was established in spring of 2018.
The purpose of this initiative is to provide financial support for Iranian students who are studying at a publicly funded Canadian post-secondary institution; have demonstrated academic success; and/or are in need of financial assistance. Parya’s social programs would not be possible without the generous support of our sponsors.
We invite members of our community, who are able to offer financial support for this program, to contact the Parya Foundation to find how they can be a part of this important initiative. The Parya Foundation Scholarship Program is administered by the Scholarship Committee, which is tasked with setting the guidelines governing the funds as well as the selection process.
The Parya Foundation Scholarship Program (PTSP) will be accepting applications from Iranian students for the academic year 2019-2020. The program is designed to grant scholarships to eligible candidates who study at a college or university in Canada. Parya foundation currently offers six scholarships funding student in different fields of studies.
