This grant seeks to offer financial assistance to congregations struggling to keep up with the rising cost of healthcare & benefits. The awarded grant amount may be up to $6,000, with a minimum of $2,000, per position, for 2026. A review team will consider each request.
The final awarded amount will be based on a sliding scale, based upon the total effective salary.
