Stay tuned! ## A Type 2 Inflammation Research Funding Program from Sanofi and Regeneron Type 2 inflammation plays a role in many diseases across a range of therapy areas, including dermatology, respiratory, and gastroenterology. There is a need for more research to address the wide range of debilitating conditions associated with type 2 inflammation and relieve the burden on patients and their families.
That's why Sanofi and Regeneron have launched the PATHWAYS Global Innovation Grants initiative to provide funding for independent scientific research in type 2 inflammation and its associated diseases. ### What makes PATHWAYS Global Innovation Grants unique?
PATHWAYS Global Innovation Grants are a new funding platform supporting independent, novel, and innovative research in type 2 inflammation and associated diseases, including both pre-clinical and clinical studies. Here’s why you should apply. #### Choose when to apply Calls for proposals are open two times a year: This gives researchers the flexibility to submit their proposal at their preferred time directly through this website.
The review process utilizes an external scientific expert panel with industry benchmarks that have proven to accelerate research in the most efficient manner. #### Up to 500,000 USD per project Researchers can apply for a grant up to 500,000 US dollars for each research project.
