Case Managers work to address financial concerns, identify financial resources, evaluate and enroll patients in appropriate insurance plans, and navigate complex insurance issues. ##### Co-Pay Assistance Program helps toward the cost of Private, Medicare, Medicaid, and TRICARE insurance premiums, and treatment-related co-pays and co-insurance for prescription drugs, labs, scans, tests, etc. Award levels vary by disease fund.
