Genetic Counseling Financial Assistance | Genome Medical Patient Financial Assistance Program We believe that everyone should have access to genetic services and cost should not be a barrier. That’s why we offer financial support for genetic counseling through our Patient Financial Assistance Program. How to Apply for Assistance Review the eligibility criteria below to see if you qualify for financial assistance.

When you click “Finish”, Genome Medical will be notified and will begin reviewing your application. We will contact you within a week to let you know if you have been approved for assistance and will provide next steps. Am I Eligible for Assistance?
Financial assistance is provided based on household size and income. Please see the table below. If you are eligible, the cost for a genetic counseling session will be reduced.
Note: Genome Medical financial assistance is for the cost of genetic counseling only. The cost of any genetic testing that may be recommended is a separate fee and will be billed by the genetic testing laboratory.
