Veteran Scholarship - Pawsitivity Service Dogs Would you like to send in a pre-application for the service dog we are currently training? There will be approximately 20 questions to answer. Please note that filling out this inquiry does not ensure that you will get a service dog (we usually receive many inquiries for each dog, and so you will probably not be contacted).
Thank you for your patience with this process. For the current dog we are training, we think he would be best going to an adult. There is a scholarship for veterans.
Anyone can apply, but the ideal candidate would an adult veteran with a disability who lives in Minnesota, has no children or pets, and has previous dog-handling experience. Yes, I would like to fill out this pre-application.
