Two (2) complimentary online educational courses at the PCMA Institute One (1) year PCMA membership Up to three (3) recipients Eligibility & Requirements: Must be an undergraduate student in your final year of study Est. Notification Date: Late April Foundation Scholars Program A year-round scholarship program offering tuition support and sustained engagement within the business events industry. $3,500 USD tuition award.

Two (2) complimentary online educational courses at the PCMA Institute Up to five (5) recipients Eligibility & Requirements: Currently enrolled undergraduate student Open to all years of undergraduate study At least one semester of an undergraduate program must be completed at the time of application Est.

Notification Date: Late April Continuing Education Scholarship A scholarship supporting graduate-level students and professionals pursuing advanced education in the business events industry. $3,500 USD tuition award.

Two (2) complimentary online educational courses at the PCMA Institute One (1) year PCMA membership Up to three (3) recipients Eligibility & Requirements: Completed undergraduate degree Currently pursuing a graduate degree Est.

Notification Date: Late April Business Events Summit: All-Access Pass Scholarships The Business Events Summit Host City Scholarships, supported by Discover Puerto Rico, provide qualified event professionals with the opportunity to attend the Business Events Summit in Puerto Rico with complimentary hotel and registration support.

These scholarships are designed to remove financial barriers and provide meaningful access to the conversations, connections, and insights shaping the future of business events.

Complimentary registration to the Business Events Summit Up to four (4) nights of hotel accommodations at El Conquistador Resort, Fajardo, Puerto Rico (Sun June 21 – Wed June 24 or Sat June 20 – Wed June 24, depending on preferred travel itinerary) Eligibility & Requirements: Currently employed as a business event organizer, meeting planner, or corporate event marketer Applicants must submit a completed scholarship application form, including two short personal statements Applicants notified on an ongoing weekly basis CEMA Summit: All-Access Scholarships The CEMA Summit All-Access Scholarships provide corporate event marketers with the opportunity to attend CEMA Summit with hotel and registration support.

These scholarships are designed to remove financial barriers and provide meaningful access to peer-driven conversations, executive-level insights, and strategic discussions shaping the future of corporate events.

Complimentary registration to CEMA Summit Three (3) nights of hotel accommodations during the official Summit dates Eligibility & Requirements: Corporate event marketers currently working in an in-house planning or event strategy role within a corporation. Applicants must be actively employed in a corporate event marketer or corporate event strategist role at the time of application.
