Funding Details: Pediatric Specialty Loan Repayment Program - Rural Health Information Hub Pediatric Specialty Loan Repayment Program Catalog of Federal Domestic Assistance Number: Bureau of Health Workforce, Health Resources and Services Administration, U.S. Department of Health and Human Services The Pediatric Specialty Loan Repayment Program will provide Loan repayment for eligible clinicians who provide pediatric medical subspecialty, pediatric surgical specialty, or child and adolescent behavioral healthcare including substance use disorder (SUD) prevention and treatment services.
In exchange for loan repayment, participants agree to 3 years of full-time service at an approved site.
Eligibility requirements: United States citizen, national, or permanent Fully licensed or credentialed in an eligible A full-time employee or a clinician who has accepted a position located in at a Pediatric Specialty LRP-approved facility located in or serving a Health Professional Shortage Area (HPSA), Medically Underserved Area (MUA), or a Medically Underserved A health professional entering or receiving training in an accredited pediatric medical subspecialty, pediatric surgical specialty residency Detailed lists of eligible professions and subspecialties Up to $100,000 in exchange for 3 years of full-time Links to additional guidance, application instructions , and the online application portal are available on the 10:00 a.
