Funding up to $500,000 per project (includes direct costs, institutional overhead capped at 28%, and indirect costs) Maximum 3-year project duration Pfizer anticipates supporting 1-2 projects Geographic scope: United States only Supports independent investigator-sponsored clinical research Grantee maintains full responsibility for study design, implementation, sponsorship, and regulatory compliance Novel brentuximab vedotin-based combination approaches in AITL and PTCL-NOS irrespective of CD30 expression Safety and efficacy evaluation of combinations with available PTCL therapies Studies addressing key clinical and scientific gaps in brentuximab vedotin use Combinations supported by clear scientific rationale grounded in mechanism of action and/or disease biology Eligibility & Requirements Principal Investigator and institution must be based in the United States PI must hold medical or postdoctoral degree (MD, PhD, or equivalent), advanced nursing degree (BSN with MS/PhD), or degree in Pharmacy, Physiotherapy, or Social Work PI must be employee or contractor of requesting organization Only organizations eligible (not individuals or independent medical practice groups) Organization must be legally able to receive funding directly from Pfizer Inc. Applicants must disclose use of artificial intelligence tools in application preparation Early-career applicants must provide letter(s) of support from mentors and collaborators Cannot request funding for studies already commenced that were not originally Pfizer-supported Cannot use grant funds to purchase Pfizer therapeutic agents or capital equipment (infrastructure, software licenses, bricks and mortar) Equipment hire/leasing is acceptable Multi-institutional projects require all institutions to have relevant roles with requesting organization having key role RFP Release: July 15, 2026 System Migration Period: July-August 2026 (CyberGrants temporarily offline) Updated Submission Instructions: At least one week before deadline Application Deadline: August 26, 2026 (23:59 EST) Grant Award Notification: September 16, 2026 Anticipated Project Start: December 2026 Grant distribution following fully executed agreement and submission of Final Protocol, IRB/IEC approval, and regulatory approvals New grant management platform launching summer 2026 (replacing CyberGrants) Updated RFP with detailed step-by-step submission instructions will be released at least one week prior to deadline Applications submitted after deadline will not be reviewed Project proposals/protocols must be single-spaced using Calibri 12-point font and 1-inch margins 15-page limit exclusive of references Budget must be in U.S. dollars Submission must include: Goals and Objectives, Assessment of Need, Target Audience, Project Design and Methods, Innovation, Evaluation and Outcomes, Timeline, Budget Detail, Organization Detail Required documents: Project Plan or Proposal, Initial Study Protocol Questions should be directed to globalmedicalgrants@pfizer.
