PG&E contracts with Dollar Energy Fund (DEF) to process customer applications for the PG&E REACH program.
REACH provides an energy credit (applied directly to your PG&E bill) up to $800 towards the past due portion of the bill. Funding is provided on a first-come, first-served basis and is subject to availability.
</p>\r\n<p> </p>\r\n<p>To be eligible for assistance from the REACH program you must:</p>\r\n<ul>\r\n<li>Have a residential account with PG&E in the name of an adult living in the household</li>\r\n<li>Have received either a 15-day or a 48-hour disconnection notice </li>\r\n<li>Not have received REACH assistance within the same calendar year</li>\r\n<li>Have household income that does not exceed the REACH income guidelines, which are currently at or below 200% of the federal poverty level (FPL)</li>\r\n</ul>\r\n<p><img width=\"16\" alt=\"\" src=\"https://www.
