We welcome both remote and in-person volunteers. High-impact roles (examples): Community programs (field): support women’s health training, youth dialogues, science education, agriculture training Guatemala & Panama). Clinical & public health: OB/GYN, nurses, midwives, social workers/psychologists, SRHR educators; protocol development; training of trainers.
Data & GIS: ArcGIS Survey123 form design, dashboard building, basic data cleaning/analysis Education & content: curriculum design (STEM/Tierra Viva), lab activities, translation/editing (Spanish–English), facilitation guides. Micro (2–3 hrs/week), Project-based (4–8 weeks), or Field immersion (1–2 weeks). Volunteers working directly with communities complete orientation, safeguarding, and (when required) background checks.
Your gift powers practical, measurable solutions designed with—and led by—communities. Monthly giving: sustain midwife training, referrals, and follow-up all year. One-time gift: fund immediate needs in maternal health, HIV/STI prevention, youth, or regenerative agriculture.
Sponsor a training or toolkit: midwife/community navigator kits, youth dialogue toolkits, data-collection tablets/phones, teaching materials for Tierra Viva. In-kind & equipment: medical supplies (per local guidelines), educational materials, durable devices for data collection, solar/backup power for hubs.
