We advocate for collective action to improve the health and well-being of people in Philadelphia. Philadelphia Health Partnership aims to improve the health and well-being of people in Philadelphia by advocating for and resourcing equitable, quality care and services. We believe that who you are, where you live, how you grow up, and what you do for a living should not limit your chances to thrive.
We strive to eliminate health disparities and to support people ’s right to optimal physical, mental, and social well-being across the lifespan. Our Strategic Initiatives Our strategic initiatives focus on advancing equity in health and early childhood health and development in Philadelphia. In June 2026, we awarded $910,000 in grants to seven organizations.
