Physical AI Fellowship by AWS, NVIDIA and MassRobotics What is the Physical AI Fellowship? The Physical AI Fellowship, powered by AWS, NVIDIA, and MassRobotics, is an 8-week virtual program designed to accelerate high-potential startups at the intersection of robotics and Physical AI.

Fellows gain access to experts from the AWS Generative AI Innovation Center (GenAIIC), AWS compute and cloud credits, NVIDIA hardware and software support, and connections across MassRobotics’ global robotics network.

The second cohort will launch in Spring 2026, bringing together another group of innovative startups and concluding with a high-visibility showcase aligned with major industry events in Boston during Tech Week for expanded visibility and partnership opportunities.

Development & Technical Support : Embedded Science and Engineering Support : Weekly engagement with Generative AI science and engineering experts from the AWS Generative AI Innovation Center to build and refine your physical AI solution Cloud, Compute & Hardware Access: Receive up to $200,000 in AWS credits, dedicated support channels, and priority access to AWS resources.

Discover your AI opportunity with NVIDIA through NVIDIA’s hardware/software stack, including the Isaac Platform, Cosmos, free self-paced courses and discounted instructor-led workshops from the NVIDIA Deep Learning Institute, and preferred pricing for software and hardware via NVIDIA’s Inception program for startups. Gain insight into optimizing your startup technologies through Q&A and technical discussions led by AWS Robotics teams.

Facilities & Tools for Product Development : Leverage MassRobotics’ prototyping and testing facilities to accelerate development and integrate into a broader robotics innovation ecosystem. Opportunities for High-Visibility Showcase: Share your startup at major AWS, NVIDIA, and MassRobotics events through curated presentations and networking sessions.

Plans are underway to showcase your company at the Robotics Summit & Expo , details pending. Opportunity for Strategic Marketing & Media Exposure : Benefit from joint promotion across AWS, NVIDIA, and MassRobotics channels, with potential for feature stories or video case studies.

Opportunity for Ecosystem & Partner Access : Engage with a broad network of customers, investors, and collaborators, including MassRobotics’ 100 resident startups , 500+ robotics companies, and 30+ corporate sponsors . Where applicable, customer connections facilitated by AWS, NVIDIA, and MassRobotics to accelerate go-to-market efforts.

Eligibility Requirements: Companies must be existing AWS customers Companies must be members of the NVIDIA Inception program or demonstrate a willingness to join the program Companies must be well funded or strategically backed early stage Companies must be willing to serve as a public reference and actively participate in industry events Companies must have a product that has been launched in the market Companies must have specific model optimization needs in the context of Physical and Edge AI: fine-tuning, reinforcement learning, distillation, and quantization.
