Placement and Coordination (PC) Program is sponsored by Administration for Children and Families (ACF), Office of Refugee Resettlement (ORR). This program invites eligible organizations to administer Placement and Coordination (PC) services, including the Program of Initial Resettlement (PIR) and Intensive Case Management (ICM).
PC providers will review refugee case profiles, conduct outreach to U.S. ties, confirm placements, and provide initial resettlement services (e.g., airport pickup, housing, benefits applications, cultural orientation, direct assistance) for 30 to 90 days. ICM services, lasting 6 to 24 months, will be provided to vulnerable individuals. The goal is to diversify PC providers and strengthen the national resettlement framework.
