Plumbing Program | Austin Housing | AustinTexas. gov Homebuyer & Homeowner Resources Property Manager Resources Helping to fix plumbing issues related to public health, safety, and water savings. Assisting eligible homeowners with plumbing repairs and water savings.
Eligible repairs include: toilets, showers, plumbing, sinks, and faucets. The City will provide up to $15,000 in grant funds for home repairs. The Plumbing Program provides home repairs at no cost to eligible households.
The City will provide up to $15,000 in grant funds for eligible repairs. Eligible homeowners do not need to pay for any of the grant-approved repairs. Some eligible repairs include: sinks, faucets, drains, tubs, shower plumbing (install new diverter valves) Ground Fault Circuit Interrupters (GFCI) install water service lateral replacement in the front yard Austin nonprofits administer the grants and repairs.
