简体中文 ( Chinese (Simplified) ) 繁體中文 ( Chinese (Traditional) ) Tiếng Việt ( Vietnamese ) The Multifamily Housing Unit is accepting applications until April 24 Commerce released a new funding opportunity for new multifamily housing developers seeking funds to secure technical assistance for a future Housing Trust Fund (HTF) application, or funds to cover non-capital costs for a project preparing to apply for HTF funds in an upcoming HTF funding round.
Approximately $2. 9 million is available through this Notice of Funding Availabilities (NOFA). Option A: Technical Assistance Funding.
Up to $50,000 per project for nonprofit organization with limited previous rental housing development experience. Option B: Preconstruction Funding. Up to $200,000 per project to support non-capital design and planning work for multifamily rental projects.
MHU will hold a pre-proposal conference at 2 p. m. Pacific Time on Thursday, March 2 .
MHU staff will provide an overview of the application process and answer applicant questions. Prospective applicants can register online .
