Limiting competition to these agencies maximizes this impact and aligns with: • Executive Order 13930: "Strengthening the Child Welfare System for America's Children" • Executive Order 13960: "Promoting the Use of Trustworthy Artificial Intelligence in the Federal Government" • Executive Order 14359: "Fostering the Future Applications from individuals (including sole proprietorships) and foreign entities are not eligible and will be disqualified from the merit review and funding under this funding opportunity.

As child welfare agencies increasingly use data to inform practice, targeted implementation, analytic support, and information sharing are needed to ensure the responsible use of predictive analytics.
