This program provides funding to support sexual assault programs and rape crisis centers that offer immediate services and support to all victims and survivors of sexual assault and sexual violence regardless of age.
Culturally Specific Services for Domestic Violence and Sexual Assault Services is sponsored by U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), Administration for Children and Families (ACF). The purpose of this program is to provide culturally specific services for survivors of domestic violence and sexual assault, address emergent needs resulting from public health emergencies, and support organizations in promoting strategic partnership development and collaboration. Objectives include providing services for survivors to address public health concerns and increasing access to evidence-informed interventions for culturally specific populations impacted by violence. Optional activities include legal advocacy, job training, and housing assistance.
