Projects may be submitted only once per fiscal year, except for projects produced in French for which at least 60% of the financial structure is confirmed.
Producers whose projects can be submitted in more than one opening period must select the one that best meets the needs of their project. Projects produced in languages other than French and English must be submitted during the opening periods applicable to English-language projects. Projects submitted to the Indigenous Stream must be submitted during the opening period applicable to low budget English-language projects .
Applications for post-productions and co-productions where the Canadian share is more than 30% , must be submitted during the main opening periods applicable to each category (low or high budget, English or French).
