Program Support Packages (PSPs) is sponsored by North American Syringe Exchange Network (NASEN). NASEN provides 'Program Support Packages' which consist of essential harm reduction supplies rather than direct cash.

North American Syringe Exchange Network | NASEN: NASEN Directory A DAVE PURCHASE PROJECT INITIATIVE North American Syringe Exchange Network (NASEN) Founded in 1992, NASEN was created to support syringe services programs (SSPs) and to grow a strong, connected network of organizations and individuals working to ensure that people who use drugs receive the highest quality care, tools, and support available.

NASEN is the first and largest low-cost distributor of harm reduction supplies in the United States. The Buyers Club team has continued to evolve over the years to connect programs with affordable, life-saving supplies, responsive support, and a strong community of peers.
