Programme Évolution-Compétences (Evolution-Skills Program) is sponsored by Ministère de l'Emploi et de la Solidarité sociale, in collaboration with the Commission des partenaires du marché du travail, Gouvernement du Québec. Funded by the Workforce Skills Development and Recognition fund, this program supports the improvement of knowledge related to skills development. It is intended for sponsors of training projects.

The activities emphasize research, pilot projects, and collaborative efforts to promote a culture of continual learning and skill development. Development of diagnostics, analyses, or studies aimed at improving knowledge related to skill development, such as literature reviews on effective workforce training methods.

Development and implementation of innovative training programs, dissemination to pilot groups, and evaluation of these programs. Organization of collaborative activities related to knowledge development or highlighting professions that require labor.

CRPMT will support the promoter through the second-stage process. Applications are received and analyzed on an ongoing basis, subject to available funding. The most relevant initiatives are selected for further development.

Selected promoters are invited to submit a formal funding application. CRPMT supports the development of the full project file. Projects must demonstrate the resources and expertise necessary for implementation and should be completed within 24 months.

Eligible clients include members of the Commission des partenaires du marché du travail, private organizations, and public organizations. Financial assistance can cover up to 100% of eligible expenses. Salaries and fees up to $150 per hour and $90,000 annually per person are eligible for funding, including consultants, researchers, and training personnel.

Miscellaneous eligible expenses include essential inputs (software, specialized tools, etc.), educational or promotional materials, administrative support costs, and costs related to the training of individuals with disabilities. Applications are accepted on a rolling basis until the allocated funds are exhausted. eric.
