(Assisting Pasadena People with Limited Emergencies) is a program that provides a one-time credit of up to $200 per year to help eligible low-income residential PWP electric customers keep the lights on. Customers must have a final notice from PWP and be enrolled in the EUAP, CARES, or CARES Plus bill assistance program at the time of application to qualify.
Apply in person at the Municipal Services Pay Center, located in Pasadena City Hall Municipal Services Payment Center 100 N Garfield Ave. , Room N106 Business Hours: Monday-Friday 7:30 a. m.
- 5:15 p. m. Provide the following when applying: Valid government-issued photo identification Final Notice from PWP Click here for an example of a legitimate final notice from PWP Only the primary residential electric account holder can apply for Project A.

E. and customer must be enrolled in PWP’s EUAP, CARES or CARES Plus bill assistance program at the time of application. The PWP account must be at risk of power shut-off and must have received Final Notice.
A customer can only qualify for the A. P. P.
L. E. credit once every 12 months and cannot receive this credit at more than one PWP service address.
Eligible recipients who are approved for A. P. P.
L. E will have the $200 credit applied at the City’s Municipal Services Payment Center. Low Income Qualifications Make a Donation to Project A.

E. This vital program is made possible through the voluntary contributions of the business community, utility customers and city employees who understand that tough times can hit any of us. Project A.
