## Building Futures By Providing Scholarships and Education Grants Project Child Support Foundation, Inc. was established on September 22, 2025, as a not-for-profit corporation registered with the IRS under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code.

Our purpose is exclusively charitable and educational: to provide scholarships, education grants, financial aid services, and advocacy for children of single parents and families impacted by inadequate child support enforcement nationwide. We believe that every child, regardless of their family's circumstances, deserves access to quality education and the financial tools to build a stable future.

Our grants are administered under IRS Section 4945(g) with advance approval, ensuring full compliance and transparency. $4,000,000 projected Year 1 ### Financial Aid Help Center Service Each scholarship and grant recipient shall receive comprehensive financial aid assistance through our Financial Aid Help Center throughout the four (4) years they receive their scholarship or educational grant.

Our dedicated team of financial aid professionals works one-on-one with students and their families to ensure they maximize every available resource. * **FAFSA & Financial Aid Application Assistance** — Guidance through the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) process, state aid applications, and institutional financial aid forms to ensure students receive all eligible funding.

* **Scholarship Search & Application Support** — Personalized assistance identifying and applying for additional external scholarships, grants, and fellowships to supplement Foundation funding. * **Financial Literacy & Budget Coaching** — Workshops and one-on-one sessions covering budgeting, managing student expenses, understanding student loans, and building healthy financial habits for life after graduation.

* **Award Letter Review & Negotiation** — Expert analysis of college financial aid award letters to help families understand their packages and, when appropriate, appeal for additional assistance. * **Ongoing Academic & Financial Monitoring** — Continuous support throughout each academic year to ensure students maintain eligibility requirements, stay on track academically, and address any emerging financial challenges.

Nearly 30% of child support owed goes uncollected each year, leaving millions of families in financial distress. From New Jersey to Maryland, Pennsylvania, and beyond, the gap between ordered and collected child support represents billions of dollars that never reach the children who need it most. The consequences are generational.

Children who grow up in financially unstable homes are less likely to complete higher education, more likely to experience poverty as adults, and more likely to see the cycle repeat with their own children. Our Foundation exists to break that cycle — through education, empowerment, and systemic change.

Project Child Support Foundation, Inc. has secured a commitment for a significant, multi-million dollar grant that is ready to be disbursed. As a fully recognized 501(c)(3) organization, the Foundation is prepared to receive and deploy these funds immediately to begin serving families nationwide.

The Foundation's administrative office is located in Englewood, New Jersey. The Foundation is governed by a Board of Directors consisting of three officers: Kai D. Patterson, President & CEO; Anthony D.

Reyes, Treasurer; and Carl J. Milton, Secretary. As a fully operational 501(c)(3) organization, the Foundation is authorized to receive tax-deductible contributions from individuals, corporations, and other charitable entities.

The Foundation is expected to appear on the IRS Registry of Tax-Exempt Organizations in the near future. The IRS periodically updates its registry, and new organizations may experience a brief delay before being listed. In the meantime, the Foundation's EIN and determination letter are available upon request.

As a fully reporting entity, the Foundation will file IRS Form 990 annual tax returns and maintain complete transparency in all financial operations. All requirements for tax-exempt status have been met, and the Foundation is in full operation to serve children and families impacted by inadequate child support nationwide.
