Each member of our Origin team brings their own personal experiences and interests to inform the service they provide. In return, we learn from our customers and use this new understanding to go out and improve the places we call home. We grant every Origin employee up to 20 hours of paid time off that they can spend volunteering for causes they feel passionate about.

We seek out areas where we can make an additional impact through financial donations. From United Way to local Boys and Girls Clubs, the countless causes we’ve volunteered for reflect the equally diverse backgrounds of our employees. Contributing to Something Bigger Than Ourselves Each year, we grant every Origin employee up to 20 hours of paid time off that they can spend volunteering for causes they feel passionate about.

We call it Project Enrich. Since its inception in 2013, our employees have served more than 25,000 hours, helping over 250 non-profit organizations in our local communities. By giving a little back, we gain so much in return.
