Grant dollars for homeless prevention and rapid re-housing have been received from the Michigan State Housing Development Authority (MSHDA) and the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). These dollars have made it possible, through Project HOME, to provide short term assistance to prevent homelessness and quickly re-house people who have become homeless.
Through an extensive interview process, our trained professionals will be able to determine an individual’s or family’s eligibility to receive assistance. Due to high call volumes and previously scheduled appointments, Project HOME is UNABLE to accept walk-ins. Please call (989) 758-4357 for an initial consultation.
