New York State Office of Mental Health Request for Proposals (RFP) and Request for Information (RFI) Behavioral Health Providers Procurement Opportunities The Office of Mental Health provides funding to not-for-profit, local governmental units, and other organizations to strengthen New York’s public mental health system.
The procurement process helps OMH support the development of new programs and expansion of existing mental health services. OMH continues to fund opportunities to assist with Governor Hochul’s multi-year plan to transform the continuum of mental health care in the state.
