Submit it by email to the address provided by PHAC. Step 2: Assessment of the initial submission PHAC reviews the submission for fit with the Fund’s objectives. Only selected applicants are invited to continue.

Step 3: Submit the full proposal, if invited Complete the second-stage application. Include the required supporting materials and detailed budget. Step 4: Await the funding decision Applications are assessed competitively.

PHAC notifies applicants of the outcome. Applications are reviewed through a competitive assessment process. Only eligible proposals with strong quality are considered for funding.

Not all eligible applications will be funded. Selected applicants receive a funding agreement before expenses can be incurred. Projects must be accessible in English or French, depending on audience.

Applicants must consider GBA+ in their proposal. Research or evaluation involving humans requires ethics approval. Applicants may also access complementary funding from other sources.
