Small Business Innovation Research (SBIR) program, Phase I (ACL) is sponsored by Administration for Community Living (ACL). The ACL SBIR program aims to improve the lives of people with disabilities through research and development products generated by small businesses. This could include technology related to clinical decision support that assists individuals with disabilities. Phase I grants are for determining scientific or technical merit and feasibility.

Call for Proposals to Support the Application of the EU Charter of Fundamental Rights (CERV-2026-CHAR-LITI) is a grant from the European Commission that funds civil society organizations promoting, protecting, and raising awareness of fundamental rights enshrined in the EU Charter. The program builds organizational capacity for rights monitoring, strategic litigation, and civic space advocacy, including activities countering hate speech and hate crime, protecting whistleblowers, and promoting freedom of expression and non-discrimination. Grants range from €100,000 to €500,000 per project. Eligible applicants are civil society organizations active at local, regional, national, or transnational levels in EU Member States focused on fundamental rights and civic space. The application deadline is September 15, 2026. Proposals are submitted through the European Commission's Funding & Tenders portal under the CERV program.
