CREATE - Colorado Rural Health Center CREATE - Colorado Rural Health Center I'm looking for a position Now Accepting Applications CREATE assists private and public organizations in improving and expanding the emergency medical and trauma system in Colorado. Applicants must have as their purpose the provision of emergency medical and trauma services in Colorado to be eligible.
This grant program is intended to provide funding to urban and rural EMTS agencies for education and training of emergency medical and trauma service providers working in Colorado only . Ready to start the application process?

Click here for more information about applying for a financial • Applicants must be entities whose purpose is a provision of emergency medical or trauma services within Colorado.
Individuals may not apply for CREATE. • CREATE participants within an entity’s application must be a current member of an EMS or trauma agency, or sponsored by an EMS or trauma entity and meet the standards for employment by the entity. • To access the CREATE grant application, you must complete the pre-application steps first .
Once you have completed these steps, you will receive full access to apply for the program. Complete applications are reviewed on a monthly basis.

The Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment (CDPHE) administers the EMTS Provider Grant program, and the Colorado Rural Health Center manages the education and training portion, known as CREATE (Colorado Resource for Emergency and Trauma Education).
Applications for CREATE must be submitted through the Colorado Rural Health Center (CRHC), separately from applications to the EMTS Provider Grant program, which are submitted to CDPHE.
