This is an Annual Program Statement (click here for the full statement) outlining our funding priorities, the strategic themes upon which we focus, and the procedures for submitting proposals for funding.

Proposals that expand the project idea and its objectives, including a clearly defined target audience and measurable outcomes may be submitted for consideration through June 10, 2025 to LusakaPASGrants@state. gov.
