Public Assistance | Oklahoma Department of Emergency Management State Assistance Revolving Fund Public Assistance (PA) helps communities recover from major disasters by providing federal grant funding to repair and restore critical public infrastructure. PA serves eligible applicants that include state, local, tribal, and territorial governments, as well as certain nonprofit organizations.

California State Nonprofit Security Grant Program (CSNSGP) is a grant from the California Governor's Office of Emergency Services that funds target hardening and security enhancements for nonprofit organizations at high risk for violent attacks and hate crimes due to their ideology, beliefs, or mission.
