PROGRAM DESCRIPTION** The U.S. Department of State’s Embassy Bogota announces an open competition to implement “Mi Tierra, Mi Triunfo: Colombians Thriving After Their Return,” a media production initiative documenting the experiences of Colombians who voluntarily returned to Colombia after living in the United States, or who chose to remain in Colombia and build successful lives despite economic, security, or social pressures to migrate.

To apply for consideration for these funds, please submit a proposal, using the format and application materials described below, outlining the activities that your organization would conduct in order to meet the program objectives below. The due date for receipt of this proposal is August 31, 2026.
