U.S. Mission to the European Union -- PAS Annual Program Statement | Research Funding U.S. Mission to the European Union -- PAS Annual Program Statement The U.S. Mission to the European Union’s Office of Public Affairs (USEU PA) of the U.S. Department of State is pleased to announce that funding is available through its Public Diplomacy Small Grants Program.
T Purpose of Small Grants: USEU PA invites proposals for programs that strengthen ties between the U.S. and the EU through programming which highlights shared values and promotes greater transatlantic cooperation. All programs must include an American cultural element, or connection with American expert/s, organization/s, or institution/s in a specific field that will promote increased understanding of U.S. policy and perspectives.
Applicants are only allowed to submit one proposal per organization. If more than one proposal is submitted from an organization, all proposals from that institution will be considered ineligible for funding. Interested applicants from within Duke should contact fundopps@duke.

locale=en&re set= 3. Cost sharing or matching is not required but it is encouraged. Any cost sharing must be clearly laid out in the proposal and budget estimate.
4. In order to be eligible to receive an award, all organizations must have a Unique Entity Identifier (UEI) number issued via www. SAM.
gov as well as a valid registration on www. SAM. gov. Please see Section D.
3 for more information. 5. Applicants are only allowed to submit one proposal per organization.
