Qlarant Foundation $20,000 Grant to Project ECHO Provides Hope for the Homeless Qlarant Foundation provided $20,000 to support Project ECHO’s Claire’s Program, Calvert County’s only emergency shelter providing a safe, sober, and stable environment for homeless men, women, and children for up to 90 days.

Qlarant Foundation provides $35,000 to Warriors Against Addiction The Pay it Forward program benefits from Qlarant’s grant money. Our programs will train individual Peers (those with lived experience) to work with those struggling with substance abuse and mental health conditions to improve their life.
