Through events, advisory committees, sponsorships, and tours, we’re here to bring people together to listen, learn, and work toward shared prosperity.
Your perspectives help us understand how to better serve our community and plan for the future. There are many ways to provide input to the Port, including through public comment, advisory committees, and community meetings. Learn more about our sponsorship program and submit a request In addition to Commission and advisory committee meetings, the Port hosts public events and meetings throughout the year. One of our largest family-friendly events is our annual Block Party at the Hillsboro Airport, which gives you a chance to go behind the scenes while enjoying fun activities, food, and music.
We like to share how the Port creates opportunities for our community. We offer a limited number of tours of Port locations to students and organizations, prioritizing community groups that support careers in STEAM, skilled trades, environmental protection, or public safety. We can also come to you!
