Rapid Innovation Fund – DEFENSE INNOVATION MARKETPLACE The Rapid Innovation Fund provides a collaborative vehicle for small businesses to provide the department with innovative technologies that can be rapidly inserted into acquisition programs that meet specific defense needs.
