RCX Grant Program

RCX Grant Program is sponsored by Tennessee Valley Robotics (RCX Program). The RCX Program, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, partners with individuals and businesses to provide financial support for participating schools to increase students' opportunities to learn about robotics.

We are partnering with individuals and businesses to increase the opportunities students have to learn about robotics. Financial Support Since March 1, 2023 Since March 1, 2023, six different companies have formed a relationship with the RCX Program.

The funds received have already supported more than 15 schools. Additional funds will be used in the 2023-2024 school year. Proceeds from the funds received have been used to provide SPIKE Prime robots, RCX supplies, State Tournament travel expenses and more for school robotics programs.

TVA, Tennessee Valley Authority If you did not receive funds from the TVA Grant you applied for earlier this year, you still are eligible for TVA Funds they have provided to RCX. Complete the TVR Form to be eligible for funds from both groups. The Tennessee Valley Authority has started a new grant program for schools throughout the TVA's service area which is now available to the RCX Program.

This includes schools in the TVA service area and watershed area. This is in partnership with Bicentennial Volunteers Inc . , a TVA retiree organization, they are investing in our youth through the new TVA Robotics Award Program, Applications will be accepted from April 1st through May 15.

Here is the link for this Parents, teachers, & schools which are customers of the Tennessee Valley Authority(TVA) are eligible to receive financial support. Also, anyone who is an indirect customer, in which your utility company or cooperative receives electric from the TVA are eligible for this grant also. The Tennessee Valley Robotics group is here to help your children.
