Boost Harlingen — Small Business Marketing Matching Grant Program is a grant from the Harlingen Economic Development Corporation (HEDC) that funds marketing expenses for small businesses seeking to expand their production capabilities and market reach. Eligible businesses may receive up to $1,500 in matching reimbursement funds per year for pre-approved marketing initiatives. Broad Pragmatic Studies PCORI Funding Announcement – Cycle 2 2026 is a grant from the Patient-Centered Outcomes Research Institute that funds large-scale, high-impact patient-centered comparative clinical effectiveness research (CER). PCORI invites proposals for pragmatic randomized controlled trials, natural experiments, and well-designed observational studies that address clinically meaningful outcomes important to patients.
