• Encourage resource and knowledge sharing. • Inspire creativity and innovation in design projects. The grant catered to all female-identifying, non-binary persons and those individuals affected by gender-related issues in the realm of design.
This includes, but is not limited to, BIPOC (Black, Indigenous, and other People of Color), migrants, refugees, people with disabilities, and individuals who have been impacted by systemic oppression. We sought ideas that pushed design boundaries and aligned with the values of Designing Women and Readymag.
The grant catered to all female-identifying, non-binary persons and those individuals affected by gender-related issues in the realm of design. This includes, but is not limited to, BIPOC (Black, Indigenous, and other People of Color), migrants, refugees, people with disabilities, and individuals who have been impacted by systemic oppression.

Their goal is to make the tech world feel more welcoming and less intimidating by focusing on empathy and collaboration. SOFTER wants to change the idea that tech is only for certain people and show that it can be inclusive, creative, and accessible to everyone.
