Rebuild Florida Workforce Affordable Housing Construction Program

Rebuild Florida Workforce Affordable Housing Construction Program is sponsored by Rebuild Florida (in partnership with Florida Housing Finance Corporation). This program provides funding for the construction of new affordable workforce housing to address housing shortages, particularly those worsened by Hurricane Irma. The funding is awarded by Rebuild Florida and administered by Florida Housing.

Housing Repair and Replacement Program Eligibility | Rebuild Florida The program focuses on serving households that meet the following criteria: You owned and occupied your property at the time of Hurricane Ian, and you still own the property. Your household is income-qualified. “Income-qualified” means that your household income meets HUD’s low-and-moderate income requirements.
