Live in one of our service counties. You do not own any other residential property. Your household income is at or below 120% of the Area Median Income (AMI).
You must be up to date on your mortgage payments and property taxes. Driver’s license or Florida ID (for everyone 18+) (If Applicable) Birth certificate, guardianship letter, or adoption papers #### Proof of Homeownership Recent mortgage statement, utility bill, property tax statement, or other legal documents verifying ownership Follow these six steps for home repair assistance.
Each step ensures we accurately assess your needs and provide the right solutions. Make sure you meet the requirements listed above before applying. ### Submit an Application Complete our online form (may take up to one hour).
You’ll also upload any required documents and do a brief self-assessment of your home’s condition. We’ll contact you to confirm details and request any missing paperwork. Once documentation is received, we’ll schedule a visit to conduct a Safe & Healthy Home inspection.
Our team reviews your application and assessment. You’ll be notified if your home is approved for repairs. You’ll sign an agreement outlining the scope of work—then construction starts!
