Music has the power to inspire and uplift, and we strive to create meaningful opportunities for all musicians, especially young talents, to develop their skills and express their creativity. 1. Application Submission: Interested participants in Texas should submit an application that includes personal details, a description of their musical journey and aspirations, and a performance video showcasing their talent.
A panel of volunteers with diverse musical backgrounds reviews applications. This initial screening evaluates musical ability, growth potential, and personal stories to ensure alignment with our mission. Shortlisted candidates participate in interviews—virtually or in person—to discuss their commitment to music and how True Talent Helper can impact their journey.
Candidates may perform live or submit additional recordings. This step allows us to assess their skills in a live setting, providing insight into their stage presence and technical proficiency. The selection committee carefully discusses each candidate, weighing talent, needs, and the potential impact of our support.
Decisions are made to ensure the best opportunities are provided. Selected grantees are notified and provided with the next steps, including scheduling studio sessions and meetings with mentors. My mission is to help those in need of professional recordings as a way to promote their talents. This includes everyone from at-risk youth to seasoned songwriters, singers, musicians, and even music producers. It has been placed on my heart to provide recording grants to these individuals, and to do so, I will need the support of generous sponsors who share this vision.
My goal is to inspire the imaginations and creative abilities of those who have the potential to bring beauty into the world through music.
