ReCoverCA | California Department of Housing and Community Development Program application period ReCoverCA Single-Family Rehabilitation and Reconstruction Program The ReCoverCA program helps eligible homeowners repair or rebuild homes damaged by the severe storms from February through July of 2023 and January 2024.
