Eligible:Nonprofits, public entities, federally qualified health centers Rural Health$250K – $750K ### Rural Health Care Outreach Program Funds community-based organizations to develop and expand health care delivery networks serving rural and frontier populations across the U.S. Eligible:Nonprofits, tribal organizations, rural public agencies ### National Health Service Corps (NHSC) Scholarship Supports individual health care providers who commit to serving in Health Professional Shortage Areas through scholarships, loan repayment, and training programs.

Eligible:Individual licensed health care providers, medical and nursing students Individual$2,500 – $15,000 ### Reentry Employment & Health Support Grant Provides direct financial assistance to individuals reentering the workforce after a health-related absence, supporting training, certification, and essential living expenses during recovery.
