The Refugee Career Pathways (RCP) program provides funding to enable eligible Afghan entrants and other eligible populations to obtain self-sufficiency by securing professional or skilled employment.
Allowable activities include case management, training and technical assistance, specialized English language training, and mentoring. Financial assistance for credentialing costs is also available.
