Regenerative Energy Initiative (SEF) - We Help Fund Green Projects Sustainable Energy Fund is evolving into the Regenerative Energy Initiative—expanding our mission and impact across Pennsylvania. We continue to be an independent nonprofit 501(c)(3) helping energy users overcome educational, financial, and regulatory barriers.
Finance Clean Energy Projects We provide financing for renewable energy projects (e.g. biomass, solar, etc), energy efficiency projects (e.g. building envelope improvements, HVAC, lighting systems, etc.), and energy companies.
Educate Leaders We execute a variety of educational initiatives that raise public awareness of sustainable energy as well as provide topic-specific training for industry professionals, energy users, educators, and students.
Invest in Clean Energy Programs and Companies We believe in investing our time and money in innovative programs, such as Pennsylvania C-PACE, sustainable projects, our Net Zero Office Building, and forward-thinking companies that share our mission and make Pennsylvania more sustainable.
C-PACE, or Commercial Property Assessed Clean Energy, is a financing tool that enables building owners to obtain low-cost, long term financing for energy efficiency, water conservation, and renewable energy projects.
Energypath 2026: Returning as a Week-Long Event Hosted by Regenerative Energy Initiative (Formerly known as Sustainable Energy Fund), a nonprofit in Schnecksville, PA, Energypath will return in 2026 as a week-long conference experience. ‘Walking the Talk’ by Going Net Zero To help us live and fulfill our mission more fully, Regenerative Energy Initiative (known then as Sustainable Energy Fund) constructed a Net Zero Office Building in Schnecksville. Completed in 2020, this 15,000 sq ft office building is the first of it's kind in the Lehigh Valley. Space is now available to be leased by area businesses.
