Tourism Grants & Scholarships | Tennessee Vacation Industry The Tennessee Tourism & Hospitality Recovery Fund through the American Rescue Plan provides funds to Destination Marketing Organizations for tourism marketing and development initiatives to restore consumer demand, tax revenue and jobs. DMOs in all 95 counties will be eligible to apply for 100% reimbursable grants up to the determined allocation.
